The Trimsies trainer pattern is a 54 page document that includes detailed instructions, pictures, and pattern pieces. The pattern sizes include Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Pattern pieces and instructions are provided for making basic style trainers, low-rise, overnight, snapping, and trainers bound using fold-over elastic.
